Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify you.

Google Maps. Our homepage and contact page show maps from Google. When a map loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Links to Google Maps and to our Google reviews take you to Google's own site.

The website itself does not set cookies.

Our Book a Tow page asks for your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, what's wrong with it, and the pickup and drop-off addresses. Notes are optional. When you send the form, these details are emailed to us through our email provider, Resend (opens in a new tab), and Resend sends you one confirmation email saying we got your request. If you reply to it, your reply comes to us. The website does not keep a copy of your request. We use your details only to contact you and provide the service you asked for, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Paying us. When a job is done, we may text or email you a payment link from Square. You enter your card details on Square's page, not on this website, and Square handles them under the Square Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).

We use the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, vehicle and location, to provide the towing, roadside or repair service you ask for and to follow up about that service. We do not sell your personal information.

The reviews on this site are public reviews from our Google Business Profile, shown with the reviewer's first name and last initial. If you would like your review removed from this website, call us and we will take it down.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Call us at 419-764-2918.
